After consulting with the client to determine their requirements, we take into account various factors in order to develop a solution to solve their material handling challenge.
Using the latest computer-aided drafting systems and software, our design team undertake the engineering design to the exact specifications of the client, including 3D modelling, schematics and layouts.
We also undertake the structural steel design and manufacture of steel supports, platforms, bins and hoppers, where required.
We offer delivery to site on all projects, both locally and internationally.
The correct installation of a machine or process plant is vital for its proper functioning. Electrical set-up forms part of this process. Our installation team manages all on-site work and work to the highest industry safety standards.
Commissioning of plant and equipment is another service that we offer to our clients. The careful calibration and testing, ensures that the machines run optimally and that production capacities are achieved.
